Guests can design their own custom beadable pens, selecting from a range of colorful beads and character charms to create a one-of-a-kind pen. Each pen is available for 600 yen, with a 20% discount for bulk orders of 20 pens or more. Perfect for parties, workshops, and group gatherings, our beadable pens encourage creativity and personal expression.
Creation Station Terms:
- Inventory Check: All pens and beads are pre-counted and listed on the packing list. Please cross-verify upon receipt.
- Bead Allocation Per Pen:
- Character Bead: Use only one character bead per pen.
- Filler Beads: Limit to two beads of any size.
- Additional Beads: We recommend using one 15mm bead, one 8mm bead, and one or two spacers per pen, depending on the length of the character bead.
- Post-Event Accounting:
- Returning Supplies: Please return all unused supplies for inventory check.
- Usage Matching: The number of pens used should match the count of character beads.
- Fee Calculation: Charges are based on the number of pens used.
- Bead Usage Verification: Total bead usage should align with the number of pens, calculated as (number of pens x 54mm). A discrepancy exceeding 5% will incur additional charges.
- Case Handling:
- Careful Removal: Handle cases carefully to avoid damage.
- Damage Charge: Replacement fees apply for any broken cases.
