Refunds are not available for memberships.

What is the difference between automatic and manual renewals?

Manual renewals require the customer to make a payment before the end of the term to avoid service interruptions. Automatic renewals ensure continuous access without any gaps.

What happens if I cancel my membership mid-term?

You will retain access to the services until the end of your current term, with no additional charges. You will also keep access to any materials you’ve already downloaded.

Can I change the number of members in my plan?

Yes, simply contact us, and we will handle everything for you.

Can I purchase individual curriculum packs or resources without a membership?

Yes, but it’s more affordable with a membership. For example, purchasing all 10 curriculum packs costs around $500, but they are free with a school membership ($240).

Do students need individual memberships for access to games and interactive resources?

While basic songs and chants are free with a BINGOBONGO account, mini-lessons and interactive content require a student membership for full access.

What happens if new students join mid-year?

New students can either pay monthly on their own, or schools can purchase a yearly membership at a prorated price.

How much does it cost to purchase student memberships in bulk?

A school membership is required to purchase bulk student memberships. With the membership, you’ll get 25 free student accounts, and you can buy additional student memberships at up to a 40% discount based on the number of students.

What does a Teacher Plus membership include?

The Teacher Plus membership grants full access to all digital resources and unlimited downloads of individual resources, such as worksheets and flashcard packs. However, it does not include student memberships or access to downloadable curriculum packs.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly plans at any time.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly memberships?

Yearly memberships are on average 35% cheaper than paying monthly over the course of a year.
