How to extend and retract the tip of the pen
To extend and retract the top of your custom beadable pens, twist the middle barrel to the right or left while holding the lower barrel to retract and extend the tip.
How to change the beads
Hold the middle barrel and untwist the cap at the top of the bead post. The post is threaded on both ends, so either the cap will come off, or the post will come out of the barrel. The post is about 52mm long, so once you find a combination of beads (usually a main focal bead and some smaller filler beads), slide them onto the post. After that, depending on which way the bead post was opened, either screw the post back into the middle barrel or screw the cap on top.
*Be careful not to over-tighten the cap onto the bead post as this can cause the plastic threads to strip.
